Qawra Palace Resort & Spa, St. Paul's Bay

I had high hopes for this hotel based on its advertised 4-star rating, but I was left quite disappointed. While the location was peaceful, the service and room quality did not meet expectations. The amenities were lacking, and I experienced several issues during my stay that detracted from an otherwise potentially enjoyable holiday. I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While I found the location to be solid and enjoyable, the service left a lot to be desired, particularly regarding the responsiveness of the staff. The rooms, although cleaned daily, felt somewhat outdated. The dining options were decent, but not memorable, and the facilities could use a bit more attention and variety.

This hotel has some appealing aspects, such as being very clean and offering easy access to the beach, but it unfortunately falls short in customer service and dining quality. Our experience was marred by rude staff and very basic food options that lacked variety and flavor. The facilities, especially the pool, also need attention to make them more enjoyable for guests.
