Mixed Experience at the Hotel

The location was good, right next to the beach.
I didn't like the food options. The breakfast was the same every day! It was just bacon, sausage, eggs, beans, and tomatoes. The volume of people.

the location was acceptable it was near some local shops.
The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival i found hair in the bathroom. the shower had very little water pressure. the all-inclusive drinks were of poor quality. They tasted watered down and artificial. i found the overall experience frustrating.

balcony cleaningunsafe floor
the room cleaning was spotty. one day, the balcony was not cleaned, and used glasses were left from the previous day. the amount of bleach used after the housekeeper's day off made me choke. the shower screen did not prevent water going onto the bathroom floor, quite annoying. i did not want an unexpected bath after every shower.

The location was convenient for exploring the area. The rooftop pool was GREAT, it offered a pleasant space with ample sun loungers. I found the staff to be friendly. The room was comfortable.
I found the all-inclusive drink options to be somewhat limited. This impacted my ability to fully enjoy the bar facilities. I think the hotel should broaden its selection to better cater to all guests.

The staff provided helpful assistance with questions and requests. They maintained cleanliness in public areas. I noticed the team addressed concerns efficiently, it ensured a smooth experience.

The room had a balcony with seating. The beds were comfortable. I had daily cleaning service with fresh towels. The size of the room was appropriate.

The rooftop pool area included enough sunbeds. I enjoyed the availability of chairs and tables at the bar. There were plenty of social facilities.
