awesome hotel with great features
heated pool rooftop bar great food
i enjoyed my stay. the heated indoor pool was a real treat because the weather was a bit chilly. i liked the rooftop bar, it offered awesome views. i found the food to be great with lots of choices for pizza, chips, and pasta every day, also they had a dedicated kids section.
the lifts were tricky, especially on the 9th floor. waiting for a lift took a while.

the staff was friendly and helpful when i needed assistance. this attitude, also they ensured a positive experience. i did appreciate their efficiency.

the hotel offered multiple restaurants and various activities such as a gym and a games room. two pools were available, including a heated indoor option. all inclusive was worth it because of the extensive food options.

the hotel is right next to the seawith great sea views. the location has easy access to the sea for swimming. it is close to different restaurants. there is also shopping areas.

Fantastic Stay!
rooftop bar great transport
I enjoyed the amazing rooftop bar and pool. It offered fantastic views across the bay! The hotel provided great transport links. Buses across the road went to Valletta, Mdina, and Mellieha. The breakfast had a good selection of traditional and continental choices. The hotel was well maintained and clean throughout, a HUGE plus!
The elevators sometimes had problems. The elevators were occasionally out of order. I was once forced to use the stairs with luggage during check-out. More elevators would definitely improve guest experience.

Most of the staff was kind and helpful, helping me whenever possible. The staff at the restaurants were friendly and efficient, ensuring quick service during busy times. the staff contributed positively to my stay.

The location is excellent, close to the sea and with convenient public transport. This setup makes it easy to travel to any part of the islands. I could easily access various attractions and other areas of interest.

Mixed Experience at the Hotel
monotonous breakfast crowded restaurant
The location was good, right next to the beach.
I didn't like the food options. The breakfast was the same every day! It was just bacon, sausage, eggs, beans, and tomatoes. The volume of people.

poor quality drinks insufficient water pressure
the location was acceptable it was near some local shops.
The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival i found hair in the bathroom. the shower had very little water pressure. the all-inclusive drinks were of poor quality. They tasted watered down and artificial. i found the overall experience frustrating.

underwhelming experience
balcony cleaning unsafe floor
the room cleaning was spotty. one day, the balcony was not cleaned, and used glasses were left from the previous day. the amount of bleach used after the housekeeper's day off made me choke. the shower screen did not prevent water going onto the bathroom floor, quite annoying. i did not want an unexpected bath after every shower.

Solid stay, some minor issues
convenient location ample sunloungers
The location was convenient for exploring the area. The rooftop pool was GREAT, it offered a pleasant space with ample sun loungers. I found the staff to be friendly. The room was comfortable.
I found the all-inclusive drink options to be somewhat limited. This impacted my ability to fully enjoy the bar facilities. I think the hotel should broaden its selection to better cater to all guests.

The hotel has multiple lifts, so accessing different floors was easy. The rooftop pool area included enough sunbeds. I enjoyed the availability of chairs and tables at the bar. There were plenty of social facilities.
